• Record likes, passes, and matches between group members.
• Help users move from a matched stay toward booking.

3. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the app, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, and hotel or booking-related services.

If you choose to continue to a hotel booking partner, that partner may process information under its own privacy policy.

OurStay may show adverts in the app. Advertising partners may process limited information such as device identifiers, app activity, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, limit, and improve adverts.

Where required by law, including in the UK and European Economic Area, we will ask for your consent before using information for personalised advertising or similar tracking technologies. You can manage or withdraw consent through the app settings, device settings, or any consent controls shown in the app.

If you choose not to allow personalised advertising, you may still see adverts, but they may be less relevant.

5. Group Trip Visibility

OurStay is built around shared trips. Information such as trip details, matched hotels, and group activity may be visible to members of the same trip. Individual product behavior can vary by feature, but the purpose is to help the group identify stays people agree on.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide OurStay, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve the service. You can contact us to request deletion of your account or personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect OurStay and its users responsibly.

OurStay is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
